Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified if there are any significant delays with their order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages

TortolaSpice is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. TortolaSpice is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to total customer satisfaction.

We can offer a refund in the event that the following happens:

Damage items due to shipping:

Any damaged items need to be reported within 3 days upon receipt of shipment.
Please take photos of the outer carton box and the damaged item(s).
Please contact us to arrange for the return & replacement or refund.
All returns need to be made within 14 days after the initial report is made to us.
For small amount order, we may offer you a refund, instead of a replacement.
Refund will only be made after we received the return and confirm the damage claim.

Defective items:

Any defective claims need to be reported within 14 calendar days upon receipt of shipment.
Please provide photos/videos of the claimed defectives and provide detailed descriptions.
Refund will only be made for actual defective items. If some items were found to be defective, it shall not be assumed that all are defective.

Shipping Error:

Any shipping error made by us needs to be reported within 3 days upon receipt of shipment.

All returns need to be made within 14 days after the initial report is made to us.
Only items in unused, original packing, resealable and condition suitable for resale are allowed to be returned.
For amount less than $10.00, we may offer you a refund, instead of a replacement.
Refund will only be made after we received the return in its original condition.

Change of mind:

We allow for 30 days return from the date of order received, if you change your mind after receiving the items.
Please contact us to arrange for the return & refund.
All returns need to be made within 14 days after the initial report is made to us.
Only items in unused, original packing, resealable and condition suitable for resale are allowed to be returned.
Some products such as used lip balms, burned candles, used teas, and open bottles etc, cannot be returned after products is accepted and used as we cannot ensure the product integrity to resell them.
Return shipping will be at customer’s expense.
Refund will exclude the initial shipping cost.
We will charge a 25% restocking fee of the items to be returned. This is to cover the cost of our labour, time and packing consumables.
All products must be returned unused/unopened in resalable condition and in their entirety including lot size purchased.

Contractual CLAUSE:

We shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations, including but not limited to processing, shipping, or delivering orders, where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, fire, flood, severe weather, pandemics, acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes or strikes (including postal and courier services), supply chain disruptions, governmental actions or restrictions, power outages, transportation delays, or failures of third-party carriers. In such events, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the delay, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as possible. Customers acknowledge that delays or non-performance arising from these events do not entitle them to claim damages, refunds, or any form of compensation.
